About Rayna

Rayna is a registered Psychologist who completed a Master of Clinical Psychology at Bond University. She provides psychological support for adolescents aged 15 and older and adults experiencing a range of emotional, interpersonal and adjustment-related concerns.

Rayna aims to create a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space where clients feel heard and understood as they navigate life’s challenges. She values developing a strong therapeutic relationship and works collaboratively with each client to understand their experiences and goals.

Her approach is practical, person-centred and tailored to the needs of each client. She supports clients to develop coping skills, build resilience, strengthen emotional wellbeing and make meaningful and realistic changes in their lives.

Rayna draws on evidence-based psychological approaches and adapts therapy to each client’s needs, circumstances and goals. Her work focuses on strengthening insight, emotional regulation, resilience and practical coping skills.
