Letters, Forms, and Reports
Brief letters, forms, treatment summaries, and reports may be available where clinically appropriate. These are not included in the standard consultation fee and may attract an additional fee depending on the request.
Medico-Legal Reports

Please speak with your psychologist or contact the clinic before requesting written documentation, so we can confirm whether it is appropriate and advise of any fees.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations, Late Changes, and Non-Attendance
We understand that unexpected situations can happen. However, appointment times are reserved specifically for you, and late cancellations are often difficult to offer to another client who may be waiting for support.
We require at least 2 business days’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This helps us manage appointment availability fairly and keep care accessible for clients.
