About Paula
Paula is a Clinical Psychology Registrar with training in health and clinical psychology, and experience across Colombia, the UK and Australia. She works primarily with adults experiencing life transitions, health challenges, trauma, grief, discrimination and uncertainty.
Her therapy style is warm, reflective and collaborative. Paula aims to create a space where clients can reconnect with their inner experiences, recognise emotional and relational needs, and explore care practices that align with their values.
Paula considers the broader context of each person’s life, including social, cultural and health-related factors. She supports clients to explore emotions, thoughts, beliefs and behaviours with curiosity, compassion and practical direction.
