About Liam
Liam is a General Psychologist who provides supportive, structured and evidence-based psychological care for adolescents, young adults and adults. He supports clients navigating emotional regulation difficulties, identity development, trauma-related concerns, motivation, routine and confidence.
As a former Navy member, Liam brings a grounded understanding of structure, pressure and life transitions into his work. This perspective supports his ability to connect with clients navigating change, uncertainty or the ongoing impact of stressful experiences.
Liam takes a calm, practical and relational approach to therapy. He focuses on helping clients build emotional regulation skills, strengthen self-understanding, develop confidence and establish structure in their daily lives.
