About Brianna

Brianna is a General Psychologist with a master’s degree in Professional Psychology from Griffith University. She provides evidence-based psychological therapy for adolescents and adults experiencing a range of emotional, behavioural and mental health concerns.

Her therapy style is warm, person-centred and collaborative. Brianna aims to create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviours with openness and self-compassion.

Brianna supports clients to build insight, strengthen emotional regulation, develop practical coping strategies and work toward meaningful personal change.
