Liam is a General Psychologist who provides supportive, structured, and evidence-based psychological care for adolescents, young adults, and adults. He has experience working with individuals navigating emotional regulation difficulties, identity development, trauma-related concerns, and challenges with motivation, routine, and confidence.

As a former Navy member, Liam brings a grounded understanding of structure, pressure, and life transitions into his work. This perspective supports his ability to connect with clients who may be navigating change, uncertainty, or the ongoing impact of stressful experiences.

Liam takes a calm, practical, and relational approach to therapy. He focuses on helping clients build skills for emotional regulation, develop greater self-understanding, and strengthen resilience. His work emphasises creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can build confidence, develop a clearer sense of identity, and establish structure in their daily lives.

He is particularly experienced in supporting adolescents and young adults, including those from complex backgrounds such as out-of-home care. Liam works collaboratively with clients to develop practical strategies that support emotional stability, routine-building, and long-term wellbeing.

Liam’s practice draws on evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed psychological frameworks.
