I believe each person carries deep wisdom in their mind and body, essential for creating an enriching, satisfying life. Yet, in our fast-paced world, this wisdom is often overlooked. As a therapist, I aim to create a space where people can reconnect with their inner experiences, recognise their emotional and relational needs, and explore care practices that align with their values and desires.

I believe mental health challenges don’t happen in isolation—they are shaped by our social and life circumstances. In therapy, I take a comprehensive approach, considering the bigger picture while using evidence-based techniques to help people explore their emotions, thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors with curiosity, compassion, and even humour. With training in health and clinical psychology and experience in Colombia, the UK, and Australia, I appreciate the complexity of human experiences and understand that our challenges are not a reflection of our worth but rather a part of the human journey. I have worked primarily with adults facing life transitions, health challenges, trauma, and discrimination and I find deep fulfillment in helping people navigate uncertainty and ambiguities in their lives, as these moments often bring important questions to our attention and opportunities for change.

Ultimately, my goal is to understand what it means to be a worthy companion in people’s journeys – one who honours their experiences and supports their building of self-trust to live fulfilling lives.
